I am 52 years old. I was very uncoordinated & could never get the hang of dancing well into my adulthood. I started yoga & Pilates in my late 20s. It helped me to be much more coordinated and able to understand ballet. I have chronic pain so I cannot do jumps but I LOVE balley inspired workouts. I like to feel like a ballerina.
